Artist Profile

Artist Poe De Lon is an acclaimed artist from Myanmar (Burma) who specializes in impressionism and modern painting. After finishing his studies at the State School of Fine Arts in 1979, Poe De Lon embarked on his career as an artist expressing his vision through exquisite brushstrokes.

He also worked as a graphic designer and drew illustrations for press media since 1985. From 2019 to 2020, he acted as the Information Officer of Myanmar Artists Organization Central, while teaching free art classes to children and young adults in underprivileged townships and localities.

With over 30 art exhibitions (including group exhibitions), Artist Poe De Lon is a respected figure, not only for his paintings but also for his tireless work as an educator.
